Cold chords crumble, captive chains cling,
Faded faiths flicker, final fears fling,
Sorrow steals sweet summer's smiling sun,
Lone lovers leave; lethal loss is done.
 
Silent shadows shroud shattered, stark sites,
Dull days dissolve deep, dismal delights,
Mourning memories melt, massive mounds moan,
Cold cores collapse, crying, crushed, calm, alone.
 
Bright breezes break, bold beauty builds bliss,
Fierce flights feel fresh, finding flying fist.
Daring dreams dawn, driving dark dread down,
Free figures forge fair futures, finding crown.
 
Pach pining parts, pure pulses play proud,
Swift spirits soar, singing songs sound loud.
Boundless breezes breathe brave, bracing boon,
Wild winds welcome wonderful waking noon.
